plasticky. Thanks to a low center of gravity, the FR-S is very agile, giving it

The BRZ makes for an engaging rear-wheel-drive coupe,
thanks to terrific chassis balance, sharp steering, and a low center of
gravity. The 200-hp, 2.0-liter flat-four engine is mated to either a six-speed
manual or automatic transmission. We prefer the manual for its light, positive
action. A few more ponies wouldn’t hurt, the exhaust note contradicts its
sporting nature, and trunk space is limited, but those niggles don't stop us
from admiring the BRZ for the purity of its mission.

4 . Hyundai Genesis coupe
This particular branch of the Genesis family tree
aspires to drift-king greatness and a muscle-car reputation. A 348-hp 3.8-liter
V-6 sends power to the rear wheels via either a six-speed manual or an
eight-speed automatic. The automatic’s manual mode is smooth but lazy, so pick
the stick. Steering is lively and the suspension strikes a decent balance
between body control and pliability over harsh surfaces, but switch off the
stability control and the coupe will gladly wag its tail and play.
